Never lose hope

When due to disobeying the Holy Prophet’s (s) orders the Muslims fortunes suddenly took a turn for the worse. Allah told them not to sit around and feel sorry for themselves but to pick themselves up and give chase to the enemy.

Is the situation now, not the same?
